TOGETHER, WITH JUST ENOUGH SPACE

One company.
Different points of view.

A shared system works better when people can focus on their part. Company roles keep everyday work and sensitive information in the right hands.

A clear view for the people steering.

Owners oversee the business. Administrators manage team access and connections. Finance and sales get access shaped around their responsibilities.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Good questions.
Honest answers.

A few things to know before you make yourself at home.

Is Centroq a CRM, an ERP or a project workspace?

It brings all three together. CRM covers leads and customers; project tools cover tasks, time and delivery; business modules cover accounting, people, products, purchasing and stock. The workspace connects these areas with company access, approvals, billing drafts and developer tools.

Does everyone see the same menus?

No. Menus and actions follow the role assigned in your company. Owners have broad company access; administrators manage people and connections; specialist roles see their permitted work. Clients have a focused view of their assigned projects. The company owner controls access.

Can we use Google or Zoho to sign in?

Yes, after the provider is configured and an existing account is explicitly linked. Your Centroq role still controls access. A Google or Zoho administrator account doesn’t automatically become an Centroq administrator. Directory groups can propose role changes for owner review. Business-data connections require separate consent and scopes.

Can we subscribe through Stripe yet?

The subscription workflow supports Stripe Checkout, subscription updates and the customer portal. This launch preview doesn’t advertise a live price. After Stripe credentials, recurring prices and webhooks are configured, a company owner can review the amount, taxes and billing interval in Stripe before purchasing.

Can I use Centroq from my phone?

Yes. Open your hosted Centroq address in your phone’s browser. The layout adapts to smaller screens, wide business tables can scroll, and your light or dark preference is remembered in that browser. Your company’s instance needs a reachable address.

What can developers connect today?

The versioned REST API supports scoped business reads and controlled writes. Signed webhooks carry workspace events. The local MCP bridge reads scoped records and can propose a time entry for review in the browser. Tokens belong to one company and respect the member’s current permissions.
